Being on Top

Being on Top

Indira Gandhi, Famous Indian politician and former Prime Minister Of India, Bala Saheb Thakre, a cortoonist turned politician, Amitabh Bachan, an actor with unmatched success run, Lata Manheshkar, playback Singer, Dr. Indira Hinduja, Gynecologist, instrumental hand behind the birth of first test tube Indian baby, Dhiru Bhai Ambani, an industrialist, with amazing but hard to believe success story, if you have been asked to choose a common in all these, you will be surely surprised, they all are from different fields of life, born and brought up in different socio-economic environment, they had worked with different ideology and in different era, even their gender is not common, hold your surprise for a little more, I am going to answer it for you.

Indira Gandhi, born in the most famous political family of country and become famous as symbol of strength and authority of Indian woman. Balasaheb's Hindu supporting political vision has made him the strongest political power in Maharashta state of India. A.B. or Big B born in the family of famous poet Harivanshrai and become symbol of expression of youth anger on Indian Silver Screen. Sangli born Lata, was born in the family having an attraction for music, her sweet soft voice which vibrates with musical beats fetched for her, undisputed kingly status in Indian Film Industry. To the success of Dhiru Bhai we can give one and only one title" A Journey of dust particle to the Galaxy". They all are toppers of their respective fields, they have given a new meaning and height to success in their field and created non destroyable impressions by their never before and amazing success.

Reaching to Top

It is not possible for every desire to reach its destination, every working person is symbolizing success but just few are among the toppers. The simple formula of reaching to top is the implementation of phrase "There is always vacant space at your top”. The recipe of reaching top is composed of simple ingredients like

A bit of Luck

A good amount of knowledge

Some thick pieces of desire to look differ from lot

A sufficient long and persisting will to work hard

A real huge utensil of power of imagination and unique ideas, to cook on the fire of zeal and enthusiasm.

Reaching to top is not a difficult task in fact it is among the simplest tasks of the life. Your difficulties, which were generating a fear within you for reaching to top, start getting only after you reach to top because it is the height from where one can slip downward, surface movers are free from this.

Remaining on Top

The first challenge that will challenge your place on the top is your ability of coping with the expectations, one of the worst word from the dictionary, before reaching to top you was one among the common hence nobody was expecting anything from you but by reaching to top you had made yourself special and people started staring at you with excepting eyes for the delivery of something extra ordinary and guiding one from you.

You have to be innovative at every moment as you will have to get the work done in different and most effective style. Success is not the following the established standards and norms but is creating new ones for the others. You have raised yourself from the crowded place but there is space vacant above, you yourself can go there but can't prevent others from going there.

You need to be polite and adjustable, windy storms never harm gross and herbs because they know the art of bending but huge tress have to suffer loss of some of their strongest branches which try to remain straight against these storms.

You must be very calculative and selective in expression of your reactions, timely and proper expressions hold the key for keeping your place intact. This aspect is related with your inner power hence you must hold a clear and loudly visible concept of spirituality.

Political Play

Political Play

India the land of peace, understanding and mutual co-operation seems to be polarized on the recent nuclear treaty, it is not only the opposition that is on the other side of the decision of the government, as it happens in usual ways of democratic setups but one of the friendly political party, supporting coalition government, is putting a hard voice and showing intentions of even withdrawing support to government. Just look how the left is dictating the terms with their 65 members of Parliament in the house of 545 members. Ruling UPA is with house strength of 217 members, and if the external support of these 65 members is withdrawn than government will came in the minority and President of India will be forced to announce pre term elections, because the political situations are such that neither BJP headed NDA [186 members] nor the third front [136 members] are in the position of giving new government. The hard lines taken by Prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and left leadership on the issue are holding over than 110 crores Indians as hostage for their ego clash. Political analyzers have started to look at political scene that might emerge if the country is forced to face pre term elections but if we look at ground realities we will find that certain following situations are against the preterm election.

  1. Just look at the statement, of Shri. L.K.Adwani leader of NDA, “We don’t think that this is proper time to dislodge this government.” It also indicates opposition is not prepared to face the midterm election. It is possible that in all probabilities NDA will not support any “No confidence move” initiated by left in the house.
  2. With the time wisdom of common men is grown and a visible faith on scientists and professional over the politicians is going to become new identification mark of Indian youth. The interesting thing is that all the scientists and technical professional are finding this treaty in favor of the country. Beside this left parties are also aware of the lost ground in their strongest hold West Bengal, due to agitation for farmers protesting against SEZ. Internal clashes are weakening party in their second strong hold Kerala and in the rest of country their presence and effect can easily brought down to earth.
  3. BJP and NDA are not happy with the recently shifting of news focus over the Prakash Karant and few other left leaders, so they will not leave any space for making these villain in the vision of common Indians.
  4. No political party is with the leaders to match with the fame of Sonia Gandhi and Dr. Singh, BJP might have dared for it but bad health of Atal Bihari Vajpayee and low acceptability of Lal Krishna Adwani is ceasing their fate.
  5. Over all, all the political parties are aware of the fact that common man is become fade of political stability and if the preterm elections are held at this moment only congress party will be benefited from it.

So dear, don’t be so worry, wait with patience, this is a passing shower of unseasoned rain and the so called political stability of the country will return to normalcy in very short future.

Technological Advancement & Green House Effect

Technological Advancement & Green House Effect

The journey of technological achievements is the expression of the human wants, as almost all the progress in this direction is directly or indirectly meant to bring more and more comforts in the human life, From Medicine to Space researches, from moderation of crop cultivation to Industrialization boom every new technology invented only for the human beings to meet with the proportionally increasing population and demands.

With the growing population, human individual and social life is under the speedy alterations, rural life is going to be sidelined by the attractive, dreamy, mirage full and more importantly with much and much populated city life. Industrialization and Urbanization are the two important yields of the technological advancement and are the root cause of the deforestation. This process of reduction in the forest lands started the imbalance of the environment and resulted in the disturbance of human health. According to World Health Organization [WHO] Health is fundamental right of every citizen of earth irrespective of race, religion, and political belief, economic and social conditions and is “State of Physical, Mental and Social well-being and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity”. In the previous article we had talked about the individual health and effects of pollutants, here we will concentrate on the social aspect. Life activities on earth are dependable on the amount of solar energy [radiations] absorbed by the earth. In the environmental it is common saying "Venus is too hot, Mars is too cold, and Earth is just right." This is because of earth’s average surface temperature remains in between the freezing point and boiling point of the water. This temperature is ideal for the existence and growth of the life; it is unfortunate that our technological advancements are proving catalysts for the growth in the temperature of the earth surface. This phenomenon of increase in temperature is commonly known as the Global Warming, the destroying power of this can be visualized from that Global warming may prove the reason to start of third world war. The first step of Global warming starts with the “Green House Effect”.

Green House Effect

Go on the village bound roads of the Maharashtra state, a state speeding on technological advancement, road side dome shaped structures constructed on the crop fields are the common sight. These dome shaped constructions are the Green Houses, meant to cultivated flowers and vegetables by trapping reflected solar radiations and keeping the temperature inside the dome suitable and matched with the favorable for the plant life. Earth is with natural green house. Energy radiated by the sun in the form of spectrums of varying wave length. Visible light energy [wave length 400 and 700 nm] comes through the atmosphere and absorbed by land, ocean and plants on the earth. This light energy is converted into heat energy and re-radiates in the form of infra red radiation [invisible, wave length range from 700 to 1000 nm]. The natural effect of this must be that during the day temperature of earth goes on increasing and with the sun set it should goes on reducing rapidly to reach below the zero degrees but our day to day life proves other than this, because the trace gases, mainly water vapor (H2O), carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), and nitrous oxide (NOx), of our atmosphere works as an insulator or blanket which trapped these energy radiations and helps in keeping the earth surface temperature constant. This is the natural Green House effect and these gaseous components of the atmosphere are known as the Green House Gases. This atmospheric green house effect is dependable of many factors [scientific term: albedo, which defines the percentage of solar energy reflected back by a surface] such as cloud cover, type of earth surface, amount of green house gases and so on. The predications of the climatic changes are based on the study of albedo. The following are some of the factors that influence the earth's albedo.

Cloud Albedo: Altitude and optical properties of the clouds are the factors that are intended to produce cool or warm effect on the earth surface respectively. Cumulus and cumulonimbus cloud appearing at low altitudes are reflecting incoming solar energy hence reduce the earth’s surface temperature, where as the cirrus clouds which are comparatively thinner and placed at more height are increasing the surface temperature of earth by absorbing more solar energy.

Surface Albedo: Dark colored lands are more absorptive hence we find high temperatures in the desert land where as ice lands are more reflective so most of the radiation energy get reflected and temperature.

Coming up: How human beings are disturbing atmospheric green house effect and Global Warming.

Air Pollution & Pollutants

Air Pollution & Pollutants
Science says that pollution is the presence of improper thing at particular place or the improper ratios are the pollution. When it comes to environmental pollution it usually means the air with undesirable substances or with the abnormal ratios of the constituent gasses. Though the science is looking at and every body talks and seems bothering about the physical pollution of human environment but either the people are not aware about the more destroying mental pollution or over looking it, thinking that it needs more energy and more cumulative efforts. In this article we are also limiting ourselves with the physical pollution and human participation in the environmental pollution. As we know the chief constituents of the atmosphere are the Oxygen and Nitrogen both constitute almost 98 % and other gaseous and solid particles occupy just 2% and more interestingly this lesser ratio constituents are playing the major role for creating the problem and concern for the human beings. A few year back a prominent head line of Mumbai News papers was" Thousands fishes were found on the shore near the Hazi Ali." Similar news was in the news papers of Uttar Pradesh "Colors and designs embedded in the architect of Taj Mahal are fading up." Some what similar to these about the world Heritage site Khujrahoo is hiting the news box in India in these days. All these are the visible effects of environmental pollution but most alarming effect of this pollution is adverse developments observed in the field of human health. The destroying thing is that human beings are well versed with this deadly dangerous environmental pollution for human social health but still kept on adding to increase pollution. It was the discovery of wheel, treated as the entrance of technology in the human life, and steam power that has tempted human beings to go for designing the first vehicle and start pollution of environment with changing the ratio of air carbon dioxide by adding carbon dioxide produced from the combustion of coal, this process went on with the technological advancement, industrialization and urbanization. The thorn of wound population growth has added to this through the deforestation and increased used of domestic appliances. Pollution is now just limited to health hazards but becoming alarming danger of Global Warming which might be the cause of the third world war in the future. Yet another deadly affect of this high use of CFC [Choloro flouro carbon] compound is the formation of hole in the sunscreen of earth called "Ozone Layer. The ozone layer is a layer of ozone particles scattered between 19 and 30 kilometers (12 to 30 miles) up in the Earth's atmosphere, in a region called the stratosphere. The concentration of ozone in the ozone layer is usually under 10 parts ozone per million. Without the ozone layer, ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the Sun would not be stopped from entering the Earth's atmosphere and arriving at the surface, causing damage to most living species. These UV radiations are one among the cause of skin cancer in the human beings. The natural balance of ozone, Which is produced by photolysis in the stratosphere and loss of ozone by its reactions with various compounds containing nitrogen, hydrogen and chlorine. These chemicals all occur naturally in the atmosphere in very small amounts is heavily disturbed by the increasing release of CFCs to the atmosphere. Pollutants: These are may be all together a new substance or the variable ratio of the air constituents. A very few like volcano gases are the natural pollutants but most of pollutants are the products of human based activities. In most areas of Europe, America and most of the developed and developing countries these pollutants are principally the products of combustion from space heating, power generation or from motor vehicle traffic. The principal pollutants produced by industrial, domestic and traffic sources. Sulphur Dioxide (SO2): Beside causing the acid rains [refer effect on Taj Mahal] is associated with the causes of Asthma and chronic bronchitis. Carbon Monoxide (CO): Almost 90% of this is produced from the vehicle fuel combustion. This toxic gas affects the oxygen caring capacity of blood haemoglobin. Nitrogen Dioxide(NO2): These are one of the deadly pollutants, as from the industries and other sources emitted out as Nitrogen Oxides [NO] which in the air get oxidized to Nitrogen Dioxide(NO2) by reacting with Ozone (O3) and ultimately to nitrous and nitric acids causing acid rain and smog. Suspended particulate matter (SPM) consists of solids in the air in the form of smoke, dust, and vapors that can remain suspended for extended periods and is also the main source of haze which reduces visibility. The finer of these particles, when breathed in can lodge in our lungs and cause lung damage and respiratory problems. The list of chief air pollutants and their sources goes like this Carbon monoxide (CO) Incomplete burning of carbon-based fuels including petrol, diesel, and wood. Combustion of natural and synthetic products such as cigarettes. Carbon dioxide (CO2) Burning of coal, oil, and natural gases. Chloroflorocarbons (CFC) Mainly from air-conditioning systems and refrigeration. Nitrogen oxides (Nox), is produced from burning fuels including petrol, diesel, and coal. Sulphur dioxide (SO2) Burning coal, mainly in thermal power plants. Some industrial processes, such as production of paper and smelting of metals, produce sulphur dioxide.

Just Sixty

Just Sixty

It is just reaching to midnight of 60th Independence Day of India, when I thought of writing for my blog after almost whole day of patriotic telecast on various T V channels. At this hour my mind is so loaded with this sixty such that I can't even think of anything else. In fact I am unable to determine is this effect of overdose of sitting before the TV screen or influence of my inner world's inspiration that I am coming with this article "Just Sixty". I recall a incident from my childhood a saint visited my father's dispensary and I didn't bowed properly to touch his feet. When saint went away father called me " listen son, you may not bow to a person for the wisdom but as the mark of respect to the age of the person you must bow". In our Indian traditions there is a special celebration called "Shashatipurti" which is celebrated to mark ones sixtieth birthday. Being a science student my vision to 60 hold a different aspect also. sixty is a two digit number and human population is result of fusion of two, there are two other abodes for human after the death, Heaven and Hell, economically human beings are either rich or poor, it is said there are only two basic tastes Sweat and Sour, every coin holds two sides Head and Tail and finally human life remains under the influence either of divine powers or ill spirits.

Now we turn to two digits "6" and "0" of sixty. In our daily life we know this Zero holds the power changing the value to a great extent. It is said that Zero indicates vacuum and vacuum in the other words is space, look at how the inventions and discoveries related to space are affecting human life. In the numerology Zero is considered among the powerful numbers that brings some transformational changes in a profound manner. It holds such a great intensity that special caution become essential to ensure that extremes are not encountered. Zero is denoted by an empty circle the emptiness symbolizes the death while the circle indicates the totality of the life.

You might recall your childhood, you often jump with joy when the dice shows this number six, in the cricket six are the most possible runs, it is said number six indicates six things, luck, love, health, beauty, chance and win simultaneously and who can dare to deny the importance, influence and affect of these six on day to day life of human beings. If you look into the history seal of Solomon was with six points. For the Chinese six hold a great significant value as for them day and night each is composed of six periods and hence six represents universe. Christianity looks at six as the symbol of perfection and creation as it was the sixth day when man was created. Hebrew symbolizes six for the meditation and intelligence. According to Indian philosophy there are six philosophical systems. The Six Capacities of Our Human Spirits are (1) self-transcendence, (2) freedom, (3) creativity, (4) love, (5) anxiety, & (6) joy. Numerologists say that six is most productive of all numbers and equilibrium, harmony and balance all three can be represented by number six. I would like to conclude this with the six rays of the solar wheel.

Let us wait and watch the magical influence of this just sixty on the India, who is still with the hangover of the celebrations of 60th Independence Day.

India at Sixty

India at Sixty

Countries and Nations can be the streams constituting ocean of human beings. Each and every country and nation have one of its peculiar and specific custom or tradition that gives an identity to the citizens of that part of globe but when it comes to India, the land of oldest knowledge books Vedas, The world’s oldest living civilization, the meaning get a different format because India is just not a country but is a nation compiled from various thought process, living styles and customs and traditions. In fact this diversity which in the most cases work as splitting seed is working for the country to make the most powerful driving power of this era of information and technology.

It is common saying of political world childhood of politician’s ends only after crossing forty and at fifty they start sensing the situations and realizing their own responsibilities. When today we are celebrating 60th Independence Day of the country I was thinking about the one most effective incidence of free India and my thoughts after rooming here and there got stabilization at the “Emergency status” of about 18 months between 1975 and 1977.

With the emergency the one image that was visualized by my mind was of the Indira Firoz Gandhi, the most powerful prime minister of India, Most effective politician of world in influencing moss population and instrumental for imposing emergency status just for sack of preserving her status of being prime minister of the country. Those were the days of British rule when on November 19, 1917, Kamala Nehru wife of most famous political leader Jawaharlal Nehru, has given birth to a girl child, who was named as Indira piryadarshani, it was illness and untimely death of mother that made the childhood of Indira away from the shadows of natural protecting, full of affection and guiding care of mother. This might be the reason of highly self centered and commanding attitude of the Indira Gandhi. This situation also created the atmosphere in which she was founding her more closely associated with father and started to be active in the freedom struggle with leading “Vanar Sena”. The political guidance and practical lessons from the father till his death in 1964. It was her strong will that has made her the Prime Minister of country in 1966 just within the two years of death of her father. When I say she was the most influenced and effective politician, it is not because her achievements listed below but for the unmatched effect generated by her on masses that not only made her Prime Minister of one of the largest democracies of the world but created atmosphere for the ruling of the country by her late son Rajiv Gandhi, Daughter in law Sonia Gandhi [ruling unofficially] and Grand sons Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi [Being looked as the Future Prime Minister of India]. She was instrumental in diverting and converting the social leadership of political party formed even before her birth into individual leadership. What more illustration will be there for her self centered nature, she has changed the Indian National Congress into Indira Congress. It was unfortunate that she was assassinated on October 31, 1984 due to anguish generated from the “operation blue star”. Just have a look at some of the major achievements of her as the political leader of India:

*** President of Indian National Congress [1959]

*** Union Minister in L.B.Shastri’s Cabinet

*** Prime Minister of India [1966]

*** Nationalization of Banks

*** Stopping of Pension given to rulers of various riyasats.

*** Army support for the formation of Bangaladesh [1971]

*** Imposing Emergency status on country [June 1975]

*** Lost of General election and Government [1977]

*** Operation Blue Star [1984]

For those who might be interested article 352 of Indian constitution, which allowed her to impose emergency status is given here below:

EMERGENCY PROVISIONS

352. Proclamation of Emergency.—(1) If the President is satisfied that a grave emergency exists whereby the security of India or of any part of the territory thereof is threatened, whether by war or external aggression or armed rebellion, he may, by Proclamation, make a declaration to that effect in respect of the whole of India or of such part of the territory thereof as may be specified in the Proclamation.

(a) to the Speaker, if the House is in session; or

(b) to the President, if the House is not in session,

a special sitting of the House shall be held within fourteen days from the date on which such notice is received by the Speaker, or, as the case may be, by the President, for the purpose of considering such resolution.

Teacher: The Best Educator

It might a co-incident that yesterday night I was watching or more correctly listening, because it is my habit when I am working I always keep my TV set on, hindi movie "Good Boys Bad Boys" and read a new about the misconduct by some girl students at a Private school at Sydney. It only tempted me to write this but recalled the days of my life as the teacher when I used to say " We are here at school not just for completing syllabus of the subject thought by us, but it is our moral duty to see that our student must go into their future social life as a good responsible citizen." and try my Laval best to achieve it. I recall my chemistry teacher V B Nagar Sir's words , when I was about to start my teaching career " See if you can make even a single student value respecting person in the whole year, count that year in successful years of your life".
coming back to Sydney news some girl students started to leave marks of their lipstick loaded lips on the mirrors in the bathrooms, it was troublesome for the staff to clean the mirror in the night before the next day break, when it went on for several days and even the expel warning prove ineffective than Principal thought to give a practical lesson to these few girl students, she called all the students to bathroom and the maintenance staff and told " See, since last few days we are facing a problem regarding the cleanness of the school even our expel warning proved insufficient to prevent some of you from leaving marks of lipstick loaded lips on the mirrors. After all school is not my personal property we all are using this premises and it is our moral duty to keep it clean, so I decided to give you all a demo at how your this silly action is making difficult the job of maintenance staff, now Mr. Chapel will give the way that they have adopted to clean the lip marks left by you on the mirror." Mr.Chapel came forward, took a long-handled squeegee, dipped it in the toilet, and cleaned the mirror with it.
Yes dear your guss is correct from that day onwards no marks of lips are found on the mirrors of the bath room.

At last Indian Century atOval

At last Indian Century atOval
English Summer
Yesterday evening when in this column I wrote that third and final test match between India and England will go in the history with three Indian names who missed the century. Everybody was agreed to that but there was a person who was with a different idea, the person was Jambo Mr.Perfect Ten from India and now the oval test will go in the history with maiden century by India top wicket tacker, world famous bowler, Anil Kumbale. Mr. Perfect ten has inssured that India is not going to loose this test and if not by 2-0 surely going to win the series by 1-0. Infact it a long since the Indians have played as team and proved their batting strength which always looked most dangrous on the papers for the oponents. Importance of Anil's knock of ton underlined by the fact it is almost certain that India in all probabilities is not going to bat again in this test. The everest of 664 runs is requiring a much controlled efforts from english player. First they need to be determined for avoiding the followon at present second day is ended with 24 for 1 it means they are still 640 run behind on first inning. The day three and four are going to provide acid test for the England team. Pitch is not supportive much for the speed stars but surely the natural tear and wear will going to help Mr.Perfect Ten and making the life of english batsman hard and harder. Kumble with the cussion of his own century and huge first inning total will go with killer mood. Here is some thing more about Mr. Perfect Ten from India.

1,2 and 3 Miss the century

1,2 and 3 Miss the century In the cricket one thing is commonly said "He started the inning from the where the last one was left" . In the morning I have ended my post about the Sourav Ganguli with the note that we Indian believe a lot in luck so I am starting this with same. It is unfortunate that third and final test at Oval against England will go in the history with 1,2 and 3 names of Indian batesman who missed the century here in the first inning. The trend started by Dinesh Kartik was kept on going first by the Sachin and followed by "Dhonewala, Dhamkedar" Dhoni but all three have insured India's series win after 21 years. There are very dull chances of loosing the test by India who scored over 550 runs in unfinished first inning before the tea brak on the second day. I am disappointed because once again Sachin missed the magical three figure mark. It might not be working in favour of this little master he is missing century again and again if this trend remains on going my dream of reading or listining the news "Sachin Completed 100 centuries in the International cricket" will remain only in my eyes and mind without touching the surface of reality. Dhoni might was in the mood of celebrating his capataincy for 20-20 world cup he scored 92 runs just of 81 balls before including himself in the list of missing the century. Anyway it is after a quite long time to see India team is playing as team even Kumbale has contributed over the fifty mark. Wishing Indian team celbration of series win in advance.

New way of getting out

New way of getting out

Change is the name of nature everything is bound to change with time and rules and regulations or the playing norms of games are also changing. As for as cricket is concerned it not just another game [though hocky is the national game] for the Indian it is even more than passion. Since last few years a new way of getting out is unofficialy being added to the cricket rules and it is "FALLING PRAY TO UMPIRES DECISION"

the most recent illustration is the dismissal of Sourav Ganguli at oval yesterday. THE BALL WAS SWINGING ON THE GROUND BUT IT WAS GOING STRAIGHT IN THE MIND OF UMPIRE EVEN AFTER A CLEAR MEATING OF INDIAN BAT AND ENGLISH DUKE BALL" so his finger went up and Ganguli forced to leave the field being judged and decleared out as LPW. Now even if go by the famous idiom Human Thy name is error , than if the players are being punished for violation of rules in the form of deduction in match fess or bann for next 2-3 matches , why the same set of rules is not implemented for the umpires? Does we wish to say that players are not human or the umpires can't be categoried as human beings? This is a serious matter which needs to be addressed seriously by the authorities of the game. It is good thing that we Indians believe in luck so Ganguli returned back to pavalion cursing his luck.

India: Third World Country

India: Third World Country

Thatwas my first overseas trip and sun was just awaking, being get prepared for providing life to earth, when wheels of my plane were about to touch the runway of world’s most busy airport Newyark. I was wondering about the technology used here for various works, which are being done in my country with the use of human power. All of sudden I voice interfered my thought process saying that my luggage got checked and I can collect that near to exit. I was about to leave when whispering to two officers diverted my attention, “poor fellow”, “I think he is from India, the third world country?” was the first voice which was replied by second voice” Shit on our government”, “I can’t understand why we are allowing these creatures from the undeveloped countries to get landed on the earth of America?” Before I say something both entered into a room there and now the walls have taken them away from my vision. I shacked my head and started pulling my steps towards the exit gate. All the way to my hotel, seating on the back seat of taxi I was thinking “Is being Indian, native of so called third world is an abuse word in America?” “Does the citizens of the third world countries are the inferior human?” Before my questionnaire gets further shape I was at hotel. Let me introduce myself I am a retired science teacher who had landed on American surface for a prize ceremony to be held at Chicago on the next day evening and I being the winner was invited and will have just day for my stay at the city as on next day at early morning I will be on the flight heading towards Chicago. Being a writer, it was a busy day for me, as I wish to utilize this opportunity to have a look on the life style of the city, but when at night I was on bed again the word “Third World” collided with my mind.

Every journey means reaching to particular destination. Beginnings always carry with self ending. So as this time, as there was no hurdles hence my thought process succeeded in entering the territory of conclusions. What I concluded that being a citizen of third world is not a thing of shame but in fact it is a matter of proud. Whatever may the rest of the world say or whatever may be their vision but when they consider my conclusions surely will be forced to change their attitude towards looking at we, the Indians. Don’t have a deep cold respire; I am going to share with you all the points that helped me to reach to conclusions.

Starting with our human society, irrespective of geographical location, political views or way of governance, every human society is divisible into just three classes, this is because the present era is the era of economics, everything is being revolved around the axis of money, Upper class, Lower class and middle class. As for as responsibility of setting the norms of social behavior is concerned it lies at the hands of middle class, which is said to be mixture of goods of upper and bads of lower class but in the true sense represents the human society as the other two classes can be taken as the extremist ends of the human society.

As per our own Indian philosophy of life human beings are composed of or the holders of three qualities, Rajas, Tamas and Satvik. Rajas quality make human hungry of power and utilizing all the available comforts only for the self, Where as for the humans with Tamas quality every thing starts and ends with the physical satisfactions, the ultimate aim of life for them means fulfillment of physical wants. Where as the Satvik quality make human to think about the source of comfort, and its effect on human society before start enjoying that comfort. Here what we are observing developed countries are trying to keep all the technologies of life comforts under their control and undeveloped countries are willing to enjoy that. The developing countries, so called third world, like India are keeping the balance of these two so the existence of human societies on earth remains intact for the longer period of time.

I know techno addicted population will not flow with above arguments and still prefer to call rubbish to all this, hence here is something for them also. It is very primitive and basic fact of science, an atom is composed of three particles namely Electrons, Protons and Neutrons. The farmer two can be taken as extremist end with opposite properties to each other starting with presence of Negative and positive charges respectively. The third particle neutron which not only helps in increasing the moss of atom but also determine certain specific properties of atom, which is the source of the nuclear energy to which we are looking as our future constructive as well as destructive weapon. The so called “Third World” can be taken as this most powerful particle of atom “Neutron” because it the behavior of human societies from these countries that not sets the guidelines for all but also leads the human ocean for the social change. The increasing demands in the global market for the Indian Yoga and Ayurvedic are not only supporting my views but also underlining the importance of the so called third world for the world human societies.

So friends next time when you heard word “Third World” in reference of self don’t allow to develop any kind of inferior complex within the self but feel a proud of being so because you are the front runner of the field of social change.
