Have you ever thought what was the reason for the so many wars, starting with Mahabharat to World Wars? What is force behind the presence of American forces, thousand of miles away from their motherland, in the Vietnam or Iraq or Afghanistan? Why Ernico frame, Alfred Nobel and other scientist are engaged in the creation of weapons for which they are also sure that these will be used only to destroy the human presence on the earth? Every nation of the globe is well versed with the demolishing capacities of nuclear energy but that is not preventing them to expense a real huge lot of national income for accruing this?
All the above questions are with same single word answer. All the above human activities are for gaining and showing that single word.This single word that from the centuries has converted men into an inventor, a dictator, a businessman is composed of just five laders like that of human body composed of Five elements, Prithvi[earth],Agani[Fire] Vayu[Air], Jal [water] and Aakash [Space], I know by this time you had started thinking and searching your vocabulary for that word hance I am stoping play with your patience and providing you with that word POWER.
It is the temptation of gaining power that is forcing human beings to work beyond their capacities, implement non ethical things in life, create a deceptive image of self. This greed of power has lowered the importance of life values in the human life because today we are in the blind rat race of either gaining power or showing the same. This human tendency of illustrating self power is not a new adaptation to human behavior but is an intigeral part since so many centuries, just think why the King Ravan was forced to kidnap Sita, not because of, in the revenge of cutting the nose of Shuranpankha [His sister] by the Laxman, but he wish to show the powers that he holds. The same attitude is reflecting from many of actions taken by the Americans in the present era. What is meaning of recent statement of Rahul Gandhi with reference to Ayodhya issue, it is nothing but the expression of the power, with a hidden desire of gaining more power.
I have chosen, from the dictionary , following meaningful words to define this word power.
P = Prepared
O = Obituary
W = Works
E = Eschatology
R = Rotation
Who holds power? One who is able and prepared to work in accordance with the doctrine of death and final destiny to understand the meaning and rotation of the notice of death is a person with power.
Coming to concluding part of the article What is power? Just think? It is said that Sanskrit is the mother of all languages and in Indian history a very high importance is given to Var[Boon]. The word power is in fact fusion of two Hindi words Pavan meaning Sacred and Var meaning Boon. Will you can deny that in this world there are a few handful human beings which can be isolated as the most powerful one? Now the question is that why this is ? The answer is very simple because these are the blessed people. These are blessed to serve the humanity like the Mother Teras. Every body in the world is with the seeds of this power one who desire to cultivate, take care with proper watering of realization and providing of manure of raising self, above the self can grow and enjoy the fruits of this tree of power.

Creativity and Education
It is not so easy to define the term "Creativity”, usually any work which is uncommon and unknown among the people is treated as the creative work. It may be composition of any type of music, preparation of any new thing, or even a novel idea. Psychologist also has shown a deferential view point towards the creativity. According to Mcknnion - Creativity is a process extended in the time and characterized by originality, adoptive ness and realization.Where as Drevdhal defines it as Creativity is the capacity of a person to produce composition, products or idea of any kind which are essentially new or novel and previously unknown to producer.To some others Creativity means a device which is useful to distinguish the creative behavior from the original behavior. They say that creative behavior is one which is less frequent and unique in the nature.
All the above leads us towards the simple words conclusion CREATIVITY IS AN UNIQUE WORK WHICH INVOLVES ORIGINALITY, ADOPTIVENESS AND REALIZATION.
The Process of Creativity The process of creativity involves two distinct methods of thinking namely [1] Convergent Thinking and [2] Divergent Thinking.
Convergent Thinking: Emphasis is on the already known result. This thinking process leads pupil to reach a pre known answer. If a science students write the column of inference “As the given salt gives carbon dioxide when treated with acid hence carbonate radical is present in the salt." Here carbon dioxide is the pre known answer.
Divergent Thinking: It sets you free to find the answer of the problem as per your own. In this thought process you are neither bound to reach to a pre known answer nor you will be supplied with that. You will have to work on your own way.
Hurdles for the development of Creativity It is just next to impossible task to produce creative person by the means of education but it is not much difficult to improve the creativity of any individual. Some of hurdles that are listed by educationist for the process of creativity are can be described as fallows1. Authorititarian Curriculum: Still our syllabus is very much authoritarian in the nature. There is no or very little space is available to entertain the needs, interest and family or social environment of the student.2. Evolution System: This is the main and most important evil of our present system. It doesn't allow development any novel or new idea.3. Key books and rote learning: Students are slowly and gradually are going on the path being habituate for the frequent use of key books they are also encouraged for the rote learning.4. Teacher: Still our education is teacher centered one. In the class room students are can be seen as the passive participant in the process of education, they are left with the only choice of following the instructions of teacher in other words you can say that door of thinking are kept closed.5. Schools: Heavy academics are not allowing any kind of activities related with co-circular or extra curricular fields of education and closes even the thinnest chance for the creativity.
Suggestion for the development of creativity You can't disagree with this factual finding that each and every person is equipped with a fragment of creativity which can be developed through the environmental and educational process; the glimpse of this goes on reflection with the experiences of the individual. According to Mahatma Gandhi “Education should be directed towards the exposure of the qualities hidden in side of the person". Thus to develop creativity fallowing are few suggestions:-1. There must a supportive atmosphere in the class room for the free expression. Students should be encouraged for over come to their shyness and fears.2. Instead of present authoritarian syllabus, a new one based on the needs, abilities and interest should be introduced. 3. Activity based education methods must be implemented without delay.4. Teachers must change their vision to education, this is the most important as failure in this aspect will leads towards the total failure.5. Key books must be banned as they create a discouraging atmosphere for the development of creativity by promoting rote learning.
All the above leads us towards the simple words conclusion CREATIVITY IS AN UNIQUE WORK WHICH INVOLVES ORIGINALITY, ADOPTIVENESS AND REALIZATION.
