I Wish to have Divorce

My husband is an Engineer by profession, I love him for his steady nature, and I love the warm feeling when I lean against his broad shoulders. Three years of courtship and now, two years into marriage, I would have to admit, that I am getting tired of it. The reasons of me loving him before has now transformed into the cause of all my restlessness. I am a sentimental woman and extremely sensitive when it comes to a relationship and my feelings, I yearn for the romantic moments, like a little girl yearning for candy. My husband, is my complete opposite, his lack of sensitivity, and the inability of bringing romantic moments into our marriage has disheartened me about love. One day, I finally decided to tell him my decision, that I wanted a divorce.
"Why?" he asked, shocked.
"I am tired, there are no reasons for everything in the world!" I answered. He kept silent the whole night, seems to be in deep thought with a lighted cigarette at all times. My feeling of disappointment only increased, here was a man who can't even express his predicament, what else can I hope from him?
And finally he asked me:" What can I do to change your mind?" Somebody said it right, it's hard to change a person's personality, and I guess, I have started losing faith in him.
Looking deep into his eyes I slowly answered: "Here is the question, if you can answer and convince my heart, I will change my mind, Let's say, I want a flower located on the face of a mountain cliff, and we both are sure that picking the flower will cause your death, will you do it for me?"
He said:" I will give you your answer tomorrow...." My hopes just sank by listening to his response.
I woke up the next morning to find him gone, and saw a piece of paper with his scratchy handwriting, underneath a milk glass, on the dining table near the front door, that goes....
My dear, "I would not pick that flower for you, but please allow me to explain the reasons further..
" This first line was already breaking my heart. I continued reading.....
*1.* When you use the computer you always mess up the Software programs, and you cry in front of the screen, I have to save my fingers so that I can help to restore the programs. *2.* You always leave the house keys behind, thus I have to save my legs to rush home to open the door for you. *3.* You love traveling but always lose your way in a new city, I have to save my eyes to show you the way. *4.* You always have the cramps whenever your "good friend" approaches every month, I have to save my palms so that I can calm the cramps in your Tummy. *5.* You like to stay indoors, and I worry that you will be infected by infantile autism. I have to save my mouth to tell you jokes and stories to cure your boredom. *6. * You always stare at the computer, and that will do nothing good for your eyes, I have to save my eyes so that when we grow old, I can help to clip your nails, and help to remove those annoying white hairs. *7.* So I can also hold your hand while strolling down the beach, as you enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful sand... and tell you the color of flowers, just like the color of the glow on your young face...
Thus, my dear, unless I am sure that there is someone who loves you more than I do... I could not pick that flower yet, and die..
My tears fell on the letter, and blurred the ink of his handwriting...and as I continue on reading...
"Now, that you have finished reading my answer, if you are satisfied, please open the front door for I am standing outside bringing your favorite bread and fresh milk... I rush to pull open the door, and saw his anxious face, clutching tightly with his hands, the milk bottle and loaf of bread....
Now I am very sure that no one will ever love me as much as he does, and I have decided to leave the flower alone... That's life, and love. When one is surrounded by love, the feeling of excitement fades away, and one tends to ignore the true love that lies in between the peace and dullness.
* Love shows up in all forms, even very small and cheeky forms, it has never been a model, it could be the most dull and boring form.. .flowers, and romantic moments are only used and appear on the surface of the relationship.
Under all this, the pillar of true love stands.. and that's our life.. Love, not words win arguments* . . .

Earth Day [April 22, 2007]

Today is the earth day I wish to utilise this opportunity to make you all aware about the more dangerous effect which is being under covered by the global warming a campaign more beneficial to multi national companies after all we are living in the marketing age and hence what we see, what we think about and what we should concerned about is not only dominated but also decided by the views of these handful multinationals according to their own advantages and disadvantages especially if you are a citizen of third world countries. Before I come to my topic
John McConnell, Founder of Earth Day says-------
When I first conceived of Earth Day, a global holiday to celebrate the wonder of life on our planet, I thought long and hard about the day on which it should fall. It must be meaningful. One that might be accepted universally for all of humankind.Every effort to encourage Earth care is to be commended. But just as more than one birthday each year for an individual would diminish the real birthday, calling other dates Earth Day detracts from the authentic day -- which can provide a more meaningful focus and obtain more unity in our diversity. The nature of the March equinox provides a reason for an event at the same time all over the world.[source :http://www.earthsite.org/day.htm ]
Significance of the Day
April 22 is the birthday of American television star Eddie Albert, an early environmental activist.
April 22 is also the birthday of Julius Sterling Morton, the founder of Arbor Day, a national tree-planting holiday started in 1872. Arbor Day became a legal holiday in Nebraska in 1885, to be permanently observed on April 22. According to the National Arbor Day Foundation "the most common day for the state observances is the last Friday in April . . . but a number of state Arbor Days are at other times to coincide with the best tree planting weather." It has since been largely eclipsed by the more widely observed Earth Day, except in Nebraska, where it originated.
Global Cooling
Global cooling in general can refer to a cooling of the Earth; more specifically, it is a theory positing an overall cooling of the Earth's surface and atmosphere along with a posited commencement of glaciation. This theory never had significant scientific support, but gained temporary popular attention due to press reporting following a better understanding of ice age cycles and a temporary downward trend of temperatures from the 1940s to the early 1970s. In the 1970s, there was increasing awareness that estimates of global temperatures showed cooling since 1945. The general public had little awareness about carbon dioxide's effects: at the time garbage, chemical disposal, smog, particulate pollution, and acid rain were the focus of public concern, although Paul R. Ehrlich mentions climate change from the greenhouse gases in 1968.Currently, there are some concerns about the possible cooling effects of a slowdown or shutdown of the thermohaline circulation, which might be provoked by an increase of fresh water mixing into the North Atlantic due to glacial melting. The probability of this occurring is generally considered to be low, and the IPCC notes, "However, even in models where the THC weakens, there is still a warming over Europe. For example, in all AOGCM integrations where the radiative forcing is increasing, the sign of the temperature change over north-west Europe is positive. Here we must remember that it was lowering of temperature that has turned fertile Green land into desert of Arctic. In 2006 Russian solar physicist Khabibullo Abdusamatov predicted that Global Cooling, similar to the Little Ice Age, will begin around 2012-2015 and reach its peak between 2055-2060.As the NAS report and the article in Newsweek both indicate, scientific knowledge regarding climate change was more uncertain than it is today. At the time that Rasool and Schneider wrote their 1971 paper, climatologists had not yet recognized the significance of greenhouse gases other than water vapor and carbon dioxide, such as methane, nitrous oxide and chlorofluorocarbons. So friends make your self aware of this and see what can you do to save mother earth from this. Your thinking is the true celebration of the earth day, because without you this is just another annual celebration, the day comes we talk about and forget for next 364 days.

Success Sreatergy at Office

Do you often find yourself at a cross-road between two groups in office? When you enter into a conversation with your colleagues, most of the time it is either back-biting or finding faults with others. And by the end of it you just feel lost and unhappy. If this is what happens to you, then you are also a victim of office politics. It is differing values, ideas and culture in interpersonal relationship which often breeds politics in office. The worst part is when it leads to a hostile environment and a feeling of enmity. But the ground truth is that office politics simply cannot be avoided. However, you can certainly navigate your way out of this maze with minimal side-effects. To do so, you need to:
Stay Neutral
Experts say the best way to deal with it is to stay neutral. Avoid close association with numerous camps which might be at work in the entire organizational matrix. Mix with all groups but be sure not to be labeled as a member of any camp.
No Gossips Please!
Apart from the fact that gossips consume a lot of your productive time, whatever information you might share then might be used against you in the future. Don't entertain talks which are often complaints. Being silent and listening to such gossip can be easily misinterpreted; get the message right across that you are not interested to talk on such issues. Talk about neutral issues like sports, weather, film, music or whatever interests you.
Be a Transparent Team Player
Whatever you do, be transparent as much as possible. Don't pass on someone else's work or ideas as your own and take credit for it. If you are a team leader, share credit in times of success and take responsibility in times where there is a crisis. This will help you to earn a lot of respect amongst peers and juniors. Treat all co-workers with respect, listen to them and value their contributions.
Don’t Criticize Others
If you are not happy with the performance of your subordinates, make sure that you discuss it with the person in private or in an official manner meticulously. Avoid ticking off a person in public, as it might become a hot topic of gossip and you might become the center of a spicy and negative discussion.
Believe in yourself
If you are a target of gossip; believe in yourself and your abilities. Things will die down on their own. Talk to people who have a problem with you and have an open discussion. Avoid acting superior to colleagues who are on the same hierarchical level. Don’t think of quitting; it’s the same everywhere. Always remember: quit only when you want to, not because you have to.
These are some of guidelines on the basis of which you can analyzise your self.

Friday the Thirteenth

A Friday occurring on the 13th day of any month is considered to be a day of bad luck in English, German, Polish and Portuguese-speaking cultures around the globe. Similar superstitions exist in some other traditions. The day is treated as most unlucky day throughout the world, unless you were born on Friday the thirteenth in which case it is your lucky day.
Every hour of every day had its genie, or guardian angel, and every day was ruled by one of the pantheon of divine beings who were worshipped under various names in the pagan world, dating back to the days of ancient Babylon and even beyond, in Armenia, which can be shown to be the very birthplace of civilisation. The names of the days still celebrate their ancient guardians, which were identified with the planetary lords and ladies:
Sunday, ruled by the Sun
Monday, ruled by the Moon
Tuesday ruled by Mars (Tiw, the ancient teutonic god of battle was parallel to Mars in the Roman Pantheon, giving us mardi in French and cognate names in other latin-derived tongues)
Wednesday (Woden's day, the saxon Mercury, giving mercredi in French)
Thursday (Thor's day, the thunder god, equivalent to Jupiter, jeudi in French)
Friday, Freya's day (the teutonic Venus, in French vendredi).
Saturday, ruled by Saturn
Venus was the holy goddess of love in the Roman World and Freya was the most holy primeval goddess of the north. Christian monks decided that her day, Friday, was unlucky, as indeed it was, for Jesus Christ, who was crucified and died on a Friday. The Christian religion has sought to overthrow the goddess in all her forms, but has simply succeeded in causing her to reinvent herself under other names.
Thirteen is significant to Christians because it is the number of people who were present at the Last Supper (Jesus and his 12 apostles). Judas, the apostle who betrayed Jesus, was the 13th member of the party to arrive.
Christians have traditionally been wary of Fridays because Jesus was crucified on a Friday. Additionally, some theologians hold that Adam and Eve ate from the forbidden fruit on a Friday, and that the Great Flood began on a Friday.Sailors were particularly superstitious in this regard, often refusing to ship out on a Friday.
According to unverified legend (very likely untrue), the British Navy commissioned a ship in the 1800s called H.M.S. Friday, in order to quell the superstition. Some historians suggest the Christian distrust of Fridays is actually linked to the early Catholic Church's overall suppression of pagan religions and women.
In the Roman calendar, Friday was devoted to Venus, the goddess of love. This characterization may also have played a part in the fear of the number 13. It was said that Frigg would often join a coven of witches, normally a group of 12, bringing the total to 13. This idea may have originated with the Christian Church itself; it's impossible to verify the exact origins of most folklore.
A similar Christian legend holds that 13 is unholy because it signifies the gathering of 12 witches and the devil.
Some trace the infamy of the number 13 back to ancient Norse culture. In Norse mythology, the beloved hero Balder was killed at a banquet by the mischievous god Loki, who crashed the party of twelve, bringing the group to 13.
Another significant piece of the legend is a particularly bad Friday the 13th that occurred in the middle ages. On a Friday the 13th in 1306, King Philip of France arrested the revered Knights Templar and began torturing them, marking the occasion as a day of evil.
Both Friday and the number 13 were once closely associated with capital punishment. In British tradition, Friday was the conventional day for public hangings, and there were supposedly 13 steps leading up to the noose. Is Friday the thirteenth really unlucky, or is this belief just a hangover from the time.

* It is more refreshing.
* It is more easily absorbed into your blood.
* It may burn more calories.
* It has zero calories, unlike other drinks.Three most famous Myths about Cold Water
* Cold drinking water after meals causes cancer by solidifying ingested fat, slowing digestion, and lining intestine walls with the fat. Actually, body heat cancels out any effects of cold food or water.
* Cold drinking water after eating fruit is bad for you. This one, around since at least 1923, is probably based on the truth that too much beverage, at any temperature, may dilute digestive juices.
* Cold drinking water harms delicate stomach lining. Currently on the Internet, this has no truth. Stomach lining is extremely robust, as it must be to withstand the highly caustic digestive acids.

Sixth Scene : Sixth Element

Year 2003 some where on the earth
Scene one
A person walking restlessly across the boundaries of heavily decorated and sufficiently large room of building. His walks get inter reputed only when he reaches to windows on the either sides of the room and puts his eager eyes either on whales or on the Kangaroos, but neither the pleasant swimming strokes of whales nor the affectionate moments of kangaroos proved a medicine for his eagerness. All of sudden a person with stared neck tie and three peace suit entered into room and walking get stopped as railway engines moments at red signal. “Do you know Mr. President, our star leg spinner is found positive for dope test?”
President: Yes I got this message my way to here but don't worry it will not prove an obstacle and we will win the world cup. Make arrangement for bringing back the player and ask him to issue a press release that as he respects the game more than himself so he is withdrawing his name from the country's national team."
"Very Good plan sir, it will communicate world that we are sporting nation and for us no one is rated higher than the game."

Scene two [A few month after]
Same room, same two persons are seating with Captain and coach of the national team.
Captain: Mr. President we win the world cup but if we go with this win and did not do any thing special than remember this will be our last victory.
Coach: Yes Mr. President, Captain of that south eastern country is developing his team that not only will be equal in our famous arrogant field behavior but surely will defeat us in the game also.
President: What about the teams of hoists of this world cup and of coming world cup?
Captain : As for as the hoist of coming world cup is concerned they are still not realized that their victorious past is a thing that gone with the time, beside that their whole team is centered to just one player, it is true that one player has broken many world records but no one single handed can drove the ship. Salt of wound is that they are without their famous pace attack and reports says that will remain so for at least next five six years.
Coach : The hoist team of present team is on the breaking point and it will took almost about two years to think about the rebuilding of the national team and after that the time left will go against them and surely we will be in the position of winning the next 2007 world cup.
President: It means if we stop the progress of that south east country we are assured to win next world cup?
Captain and Coach: You can say that Sir.
President: I have a plan for not only that south east country but also for the adjoining two other world cup winner countries. Mr. Richard asks our past players, commentators and other media persons to stress the need of foreign coach for this country. Announce unofficially that every article written, every live discussion generated, on this topic will be awarded with a reward of ten thousand dollars.
Mr. Richard: Do you think Mr. President that this will work?
President: Mr. Richard, My knowledge about you says that you was student of history and amazingly didn't know the history of that south east country? Thanks Mr. Coach and Captain, You both can go; we will see that in the next world cup that south eastern country will perform very poorly.
Captain and coach go out and President leaves the chair for a walk in the room.
Mr. Richard: President Sir! If you don't take otherwise may I know a bit more about your plan?
President: Not a bit but I will tell you all, as you have to execute this plan. As I told you your history is very very week the people of that country have a tendency of tolerance and are with very short memories that’s why British ruled over them for more than two centuries, they are also with an attitude of blaming self and this has helped Queen's administrators to implement Divide and rule police with a great success. We will have to utilize these points.
Mr. Richard: But sir I still can't understand the role of coach?
President: Did you know Richard, Who is the strongest official in a football team?
Mr. Richard: Off course Sir it is coach.
President: The same status I wish to see in that country and I have a name in my mind also.
Mr. Richard: Who is that fellow?
President: Do you know the famous three brothers, though the younger one has not touched the high fame but history will never forget his under arm ball.
Mr. Richard: I got sir, but as for as my knowledge goes one is busy with his other professional commitments, second one had tried to be coach of that country and failed, while the third one, even our neighboring country will not think of appointing him as coach?
President: I know that, send a message to Mr. G.G. and fix my meeting with him I will explain him how to become coach of that country and how to work in the national interest? Now I am leaving.
Scene Three [After a few days]
Mr. Richard and Mr. G are seating in front of President.
President: So Mr. G, we need your help?
Mr.G.: Yes President, Mr. Richard has told me about that but I can't understand how this will happen?
President: Don't bother about that, you will go there with a definite plan, all you have to control your family's rebel nature. We never forget how your brother was instrumental in the world series of the game.
Mr. G : Do you think Mr. President, knowing my last attempt will that country appoint me as there national coach?
President: Yes dear, things have changed a lot since your last attempt. Present captain of that country is a great admire of you and will support your appointment beside that we have success in converting a few board members also in the favor of appointing a foreigner coach.
Mr. G: But still I don't think that they will agree to my fees?
President: Here you will have to compromise, but we will try to compensate the economic loss.
Mr. G: O.k. than tell me about your plan.
President: All you have to do is implement Divide and Rule policy. The chief selectors has a personal bios about the captain as he thinks that he has been dropped out from the national team, due to the promotion and support of captain to a technically strong batsman by asking him to keep the wickets, so he will help you to achieve your first target of removing the captain.
Mr. G: Mr. President this will not be fair I will be appointed with the help of captain and I have to remove the captain as my first target?
President: Yes dear, this is the true politics you have to destroy the stairs that had given you high post, beside that present captain is choosing and boosting the young talent which will work against us in the next world cup, so it is necessary to remove him. This will also help you in achieving your second target of shacking the confidence of that team. You know people of that country have always a high preference to emotions over the thoughts.
Mr. G: So I have to work on a plan with 1] Removal of present captain, 2] Shacking the confidence and moral of team, 3] Try to shorten the status of the Genius player of the game and 4] make it sure that team selected for the next world cup doesn't have faith not only in their own abilities but also with each other. 5] I have to utilise the local media who thinks that Western country people are always correct.
President: So, now onwards we will meet only after the world cup, we don't wish to allow any doubt generated about us. Remember our full strength will support you behind the curtain but publicly we will meet only on official occasions.
Scene Four [After almost one Year]
Capital city of a country,
Board members and President are discussing in a room of a five star hotel.
South Representative: I think we must agree to "Vision 2007" candidate?
North Representative: No, in my views our native coach is batter option for us. The game runs in his blood, his father was a national legend of the game, his two brothers are well known names in the game, he himself was man of match in the semi final and final of the world cup that we win.
West Representative: But how can I forget that he called selectors "A bunch of Joker"?
East Representative: Han Yar, Us Samay par tum bhi to selector the. [Yes, at that time you were also a selector] [A laugh is generated]
President: I think we reached to conclusion of appointing Vision 2007 candidate as the national coach on the basis of
1] Our captain and chief selector are supporting his appointment.
2] Candidates idea of commando training to players is unique and will leave us with a scope of showing to countryman that we are very much sincere about the game.
3] His suggestion of giving chance to players from small cities will reflect that we wish to allow the growth of the game and are not afraid of the established names of the game.
4] More important that he agreed to cut his fees by 10% what he asked during his last attempt two three years back. [Western representative whispered to eastern "President is forgetting almost 60% hike in perks.”] So we can say that we are not wasting board's money.
Scene Five [Three months after the appointment .......]
1] Captain dropped from the team on the grounds of farm, fitness and so called more interest in earning money.
2] Genuine Fast bowler produced in the country, after the captain of world cup winner team, has been asked to concentrate more on the bating so he can developed as all rounder.
3] Shuffling of batting order started, so no player can have a confidence in the abilities of self.
4] A player that performs well has been asked to seat out in the next game under the fancy name of Talent search and building the team for the next world cup.
5] Seeds of humiliating and ignoring the proven talent by statements like "the world class spinner is not fit for the shorter version of the game.
This is all an imaginary work and doesn't relate to any person or nation, if you found any resemblances, it is product of your mischievous mind . I will be happy if any of reader can construct the sixth scene.

POWER

Have you ever thought what was the reason for the so many wars, starting with Mahabharat to World Wars? What is force behind the presence of American forces, thousand of miles away from their motherland, in the Vietnam or Iraq or Afghanistan? Why Ernico frame, Alfred Nobel and other scientist are engaged in the creation of weapons for which they are also sure that these will be used only to destroy the human presence on the earth? Every nation of the globe is well versed with the demolishing capacities of nuclear energy but that is not preventing them to expense a real huge lot of national income for accruing this?

All the above questions are with same single word answer. All the above human activities are for gaining and showing that single word. This single word that from the centuries has converted men into an inventor, a dictator, a businessman is composed of just five laders like that of human body composed of Five elements, Prithvi[earth],Agani[Fire] Vayu[Air], Jal [water] and Aakash [Space], I know by this time you had started thinking and searching your vocabulary for that word hance I am stoping play with your patience and providing you with that word POWER.

It is the temptation of gaining power that is forcing human beings to work beyond their capacities, implement non ethical things in life, create a deceptive image of self. This greed of power has lowered the importance of life values in the human life because today we are in the blind rat race of either gaining power or showing the same. This human tendency of illustrating self power is not a new adaptation to human behavior but is an intigeral part since so many centuries, just think why the King Ravan was forced to kidnap Sita, not because of, in the revenge of cutting the nose of Shuranpankha [His sister] by the Laxman, but he wish to show the powers that he holds. The same attitude is reflecting from many of actions taken by the Americans in the present era. What is meaning of recent statement of Rahul Gandhi with reference to Ayodhya issue, it is nothing but the expression of the power, with a hidden desire of gaining more power.

I have chosen, from the dictionary , following meaningful words to define this word power.

P = Prepared
O = Obituary
W = Works
E = Eschatology
R = Rotation

Who holds power? One who is able and prepared to work in accordance with the doctrine of death and final destiny to understand the meaning and rotation of the notice of death is a person with power.

Coming to concluding part of the article What is power? Just think? It is said that Sanskrit is the mother of all languages and in Indian history a very high importance is given to Var[Boon]. The word power is in fact fusion of two Hindi words Pavan meaning Sacred and Var meaning Boon. Will you can deny that in this world there are a few handful human beings which can be isolated as the most powerful one? Now the question is that why this is ? The answer is very simple because these are the blessed people. These are blessed to serve the humanity like the Mother Teras. Every body in the world is with the seeds of this power one who desire to cultivate, take care with proper watering of realization and providing of manure of raising self, above the self can grow and enjoy the fruits of this tree of power.

Creativity and Education

It is not so easy to define the term "Creativity”, usually any work which is uncommon and unknown among the people is treated as the creative work. It may be composition of any type of music, preparation of any new thing, or even a novel idea. Psychologist also has shown a deferential view point towards the creativity. According to Mcknnion - Creativity is a process extended in the time and characterized by originality, adoptive ness and realization.Where as Drevdhal defines it as Creativity is the capacity of a person to produce composition, products or idea of any kind which are essentially new or novel and previously unknown to producer. To some others Creativity means a device which is useful to distinguish the creative behavior from the original behavior. They say that creative behavior is one which is less frequent and unique in the nature.
All the above leads us towards the simple words conclusion CREATIVITY IS AN UNIQUE WORK WHICH INVOLVES ORIGINALITY, ADOPTIVENESS AND REALIZATION.
The Process of Creativity The process of creativity involves two distinct methods of thinking namely [1] Convergent Thinking and [2] Divergent Thinking.
Convergent Thinking: Emphasis is on the already known result. This thinking process leads pupil to reach a pre known answer. If a science students write the column of inference “As the given salt gives carbon dioxide when treated with acid hence carbonate radical is present in the salt." Here carbon dioxide is the pre known answer.
Divergent Thinking: It sets you free to find the answer of the problem as per your own. In this thought process you are neither bound to reach to a pre known answer nor you will be supplied with that. You will have to work on your own way.
Hurdles for the development of Creativity It is just next to impossible task to produce creative person by the means of education but it is not much difficult to improve the creativity of any individual. Some of hurdles that are listed by educationist for the process of creativity are can be described as fallows1. Authorititarian Curriculum: Still our syllabus is very much authoritarian in the nature. There is no or very little space is available to entertain the needs, interest and family or social environment of the student.2. Evolution System: This is the main and most important evil of our present system. It doesn't allow development any novel or new idea.3. Key books and rote learning: Students are slowly and gradually are going on the path being habituate for the frequent use of key books they are also encouraged for the rote learning.4. Teacher: Still our education is teacher centered one. In the class room students are can be seen as the passive participant in the process of education, they are left with the only choice of following the instructions of teacher in other words you can say that door of thinking are kept closed.5. Schools: Heavy academics are not allowing any kind of activities related with co-circular or extra curricular fields of education and closes even the thinnest chance for the creativity.
Suggestion for the development of creativity You can't disagree with this factual finding that each and every person is equipped with a fragment of creativity which can be developed through the environmental and educational process; the glimpse of this goes on reflection with the experiences of the individual. According to Mahatma Gandhi “Education should be directed towards the exposure of the qualities hidden in side of the person". Thus to develop creativity fallowing are few suggestions:-1. There must a supportive atmosphere in the class room for the free expression. Students should be encouraged for over come to their shyness and fears.2. Instead of present authoritarian syllabus, a new one based on the needs, abilities and interest should be introduced. 3. Activity based education methods must be implemented without delay.4. Sixser Man of the World Cup

Cricket has become game of batsman from the game of gentelmam and exctiment of raising the ball for the maximum is as usual is beyond the comparison. Player capable of dispatching the ball beyond and over the boundry are a treat to watch. It was surprise move by the Shrilanka to open the inning with Santh Jayasurya, Today he along with Shahid Afridi of Pakistan is joint record holder for hiting 224 sixsers in one day verson of the game, Though India former captain Saurav Ganguli is next on the record list but with 176 sixsers he is way behind than these two. If we tutn to matches played for the world cup a possitive picture for India will be available for viewing. In the World Cup MatchesSaurav Ganguli is the Sixser man 23 Sixser in 18 games.Viv Richard is next with 22 Sixser.India's Master bloster Sachin Tendulkar is also present in this list of Sixser man with 17 sixses in the 33 games.Record of hiting maximum sixser in a single inning is written with the name of Australian Ricky Ponting with 8 sixses against the India[2004]. The next player of the list is the Saurav Ganguli with 7 sixses against Shrilanka [1999].Saurav Ganguli is also on the list of player scoring maximum runs by boundries in a single game. During his 183 runs knock against Shrilanka he sent out, the ball for, 7 sixsers and 17 fours. Same Situation Different reactions

This is quite natural, What is worth of ,to read or write about this topic? These are few words that will strike my mind instantaly when my eyes reads the title like this. Is the same case is yours also? if your answer is affarmative one than this is the article written for the people like you and if you are with a different set of words as the reactions to title like this than make assured your self that reading this will help you to know the answer for the diffrence. It is quite offten to note the different sets of habits, choicses and living style in the behaviour of real brothers brought up in the same family atmosphere and with same physical comforts and even the education from the same school. Some may say that the age difference has created a change of time and social envornment, but amazinging this also can be seen in the case of twins. Psychrists say that human learning process starts with imitating others and about 80% human behaviours are learned by coppy. if this the fact than what is causing the difference of behaviour in the same situation? Just think you have to meet with the authority in a office and peon is asking you an entry tip, one person without any hasitation puts the tip on the hands of peon and goes in where as to other the same situation irritate to the level of start of shouting at peon and the system. A students copping in the examination, most of the students are ignoring but one raise the protest. This illustration list may goes on and on and we can have the numerous same situations with different sets of behaviours, not necessarily of just only two types of behaviours but the reactions may be in the equibillirium of the people and situations. Human psycologist say that what human beings learn and adopt is being deposited with mind and in the simple words is known as the memory. All the reactions of human beings are based on the memory. If I ask you to slap yourself you surely will call me a case that to be treated by the mental experts, but have you thought ever that you have done this so many times. Just memorize your reaction to the mosquito biting your chicks. I think we had diverted a bit from our topic coming back to our main topic of difference in human behaviour An adoptation is behavioural change and the process of adaptatiion completes with the imitating, learning, absorbing and depositing with the cerebral cortex. It is possible that imitating source may be the same, learning process and envornments may also be the same but the abosrbing abilities of every human beings are unique and unmatched like their finger prints and tounge prints and this the reason for the difference of human behaviour. The quantity of absorbtion can deposites the exprience as the different adoptation .

Short Supplies of Present Era

Economist are treating this era as the era of trading, whole world is rapidly moving on the road of turning into a single market. In this status of globalzation if I am indicating about the short supplies I am bound to be seen with a suspecious vision but dear it is as hard truth as the sun rise brings the day break and surely you will also agree with me. Just look at the following facts 1] Traditional family and social values are in the deep danger of elopment. 2] Attraction for easy money is increasing in the youth. 3] A consderable high human population is under the influence of sarrow and mental stress. 4] No body seems to be satisfied with job on hands. I have heard that in the devloped countries like America people are always between the jobs as they are always in the search of jobs that can pay them higher than the existing one. 5] Family life is almost cease to exist. 6] Humanity is almost totaly covered by the selfishness. 7] We started to forget the means and concentrating only on the success. All this and many other undesirable things are happening in our life because we are with short suppile ofFaith in the God: The lack of this faith has made us eager and we have started willing to enjoy the success not only without doing the efforts for it but also before the time. For our convience we are forgeting "Desrve before desire". Companionship: Blood is thiker than water, but due to unsympathic behaviour and lack of tolerence we are going away and away from the birth relatives. We are searching emotional shelter in our friends and collegues and most of times are cheated.Time: We are finding it hard to adjust time for the meeting with family members and allowing self to fall pray of mental stress.Money: It has become hard to earn. The blind race of earning money has forced us to scarify humanity and become selfish.
